Wafer Tab Seals - satisfy postal requirements Do you mail newsletters, booklets, double postcards, or other self-mailers? The United States Postal Service requires that all folded mail pieces be correctly tabbed closed and is very specific about placement of Tabs. Some pieces require just one tab but most require two. To fill this need, Continental Datalabel offers five wafer tab seals and a chart to aid in their placement. Most of the seals are 1" in diameter and packed 50,000 to a carton, although a slightly smaller seal (3/4" of an inch in diameter) is packed 100,000 per carton. You can choose from white, white pinfeed and translucent seals - the translucent is great when an unobtrusive seal is required. You can also choose vertical or horizontal perforations. All Compulatel tabs are made of high-quality paper and adhesive to guarantee a secure stick, even through the rigors of shipping and handling.
